2. Product Authenticity, Craftsmanship & Handcrafted Nature
Artisanal Craftsmanship: Products sold—including fine art (oil paintings), wearable art (robes, scarves), tabletop items, and textiles (silks, linens, clays)—are derived from original artwork and hand-painted canvases by Sara Anderson.
Natural Variations: Due to the handcrafted nature and small-batch production of our items, subtle variations in color, texture, brushwork, and vignette alignment are inherent to the artistic process and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
3. Intellectual Property & Copyright
Original Content: All artwork, designs, sketches (including but not limited to My Fair Lady and original oil works), vignettes, textiles, text, logos, photographs, graphics, and video media are the sole property of Sara Anderson Designs, LLC and are protected under international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Usage Restrictions: Purchasing an item (fine art, textiles, or tabletop items) grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the item for personal enjoyment. No rights are granted to reproduce, copy, modify, redistribute, resell, or exploit any artwork or design for commercial purposes without express written permission from Sara Anderson Designs, LLC.
4. Orders, Stock Availability & Pricing
Stock Availability: Orders are subject to inventory availability. While we make every effort to maintain accurate stock counts, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item is out of stock after an order is placed, we will fulfill the available items and contact you to offer a backorder option or a full refund for the unavailable item.
Pricing & Taxes: All prices are displayed in USD ($). Sales tax (where applicable) is applied to product prices as displayed on the site.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on total weight, parcel dimensions, and shipping destination.
Third-Party Payment Providers: We offer third-party payment options, such as Afterpay (installment payments). By choosing third-party financing, you agree to comply with their respective terms of service. 5. Shipping, Delivery & Address Verification

Transit Times:
Domestic Shipments: Estimated 2 to 7 business days.
International Shipments: Estimated 4 to 22 business days (varies by courier and destination).
Address Errors & Address Changes: Address changes are only accepted before an order is dispatched. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details.
