1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

- Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return or exchange.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item.
4. Refund or Exchange Process:

- Exchanges will be shipped out promptly.
5. Custom and Personalized Items:
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized items unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

7. Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that timeframe, the order is considered confirmed and cannot be canceled.
